There are a bigger number of sites you can check but here we a have a selection of sites and/or apps that in our opinion are both usefull and simple to use.

This site ​has a short course covering basic Portuguese travel phrases. Topics covered include greetings, talking about yourself, and ordering food and drink at a restaurant.
This site has a various informations about the portuguese culture, habits, towns/citys, food, traveling tips but, most important, it has tips on "How to Learn Portuguese" and "+30 Resources for Learning Portuguese".

It's an informative site that has topics about: News, Living In Portugal, Housing, Working, Finacial, Healthcare but, most important, Education. They have a special topic called "Where to Learn Portuguese" that tells you sites, apps and places where you can learn it.

It's a very simple site that goes directly to the point. It teach you Portuguese in 6 lessons. It teaches you in a way they teach in elementary school. Sadly it's still hasn't all complite lessons but it's a good tool to start learning portuguese.

This site is very will diversed. It has translation for 23 languages and helps you get started on how to learn portuguese. With this app you can set a daily goal to complete tasts. It's a very pratical and useful tool to get started on learning portuguese.

Learn Portuguese (PT) –https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.goethe.pt&hl=pt_PT
This app contains more them 30 free lessons (out of 100) that provides you with basic vocabulary lessons. It contains audio files, short sentenses, real world situations and activities. It's a very reliable tool with very good reviews on it.
Easy Portuguese - http://www.easyportuguese.com/
It's another site that goes strait to the point. It's has simple lessons on diverse subjects from Places and Transports to Vocabulary in simple leassons. It also has them in audio form.
